OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – Investigators with the Oklahoma Police Department are asking for public help to identify a man alleged to have used fraudulent paperwork to sell a vehicle.
The individual (shown above) was paid thousands by a victim, according to police. The victim later learned the vehicle was stolen from another state.
