EDWARDSVILLE — A Jerseyville man with a prior felony conviction for domestic battery faces new charges involving the same victim.
The 35-year-old suspect was charged July 29 with aggravated domestic battery, a Class 2 felony; and domestic battery (second or subsequent offense), a Class 4 felony.
