ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – Police are investigating after a man was found dead in north St. Louis City early on Thursday.
The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department said they are conducting a “death investigation” after a man was found dead in the 4400 block of Red Bud.
