Denver diners may soon have yet another place where they can enjoy genuine Mexican cuisine at the new Taqueria Los Gallitos restaurant set to open at 7840 E. Colfax Avenue.
According to a city filing, this new restaurant will be located at the East Colfax site. Construction schedule and opening dates have not yet been revealed.
