TEA, SOUTH DAKOTA − Neighborhoods and businesses are now in the recovery process after a fast-moving Saturday, July 25, storm caused widespread damage.
The system produced winds between 60 and 80 mph; none greater than the 92 mph wind gust recorded in Tea by the National Weather Service. The NWS also recorded 81 and 75 mph wind gusts in Tea, one of the communities hit hardest in Minnehaha County.
