LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Clark County prosecutors will be seeking the death penalty against a man accused of a shooting outside a east valley laundromat that killed one and left another injured last month.
The decision was announced during a Thursday morning hearing, and the case will head to the Death Penalty Review Committee.
