Lee County deputies used a grappler device Thursday morning to safely stop a suspect’s vehicle in front of the Westbrook Homes community on Three Oaks Parkway off Alico Road, concluding a four-day investigation.
The Lee County Sheriff’s Office arrested Ryan Hillaker, who is accused of threatening to kill someone during an argument on Sunday in Estero.
