DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Pennsylvania State Police were called after tempers flared in Dauphin County due to a pair of men recording people in public.
The fight broke out around 6:30 p.m. on June 19 on West Main Street in Elizabethville Borough after 21-year-old Trey Davis of Millersburg and 20-year-old Skyler Malkoski of Williamstown were recording people in public.
PSP said Logan Scheib, 20, of Halifax, approached the two and asked them to delete the recording. Malkoski then aimed his pepper spray at Scheib, who quickly grabbed it, leading to Davis punching him…
