FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – One of Fresno’s most popular streets is getting a $1.6 million upgrade.
The City Council announced Thursday that it has approved construction for roadway improvements on Shaw Avenue from Fruit Avenue to approximately 950 feet east of Palm Avenue.
The .7 mile upgrade will include repaving both east and westbound lanes, “creating a smoother, safer ride for thousands of motorists who travel the corridor each day.”…
