(FOX40.COM) — Interstate 5 is closed both directions in Sacramento as first responders handle a mental health emergency, officials say.
I-5 is shut down northbound at U.S. Highway 50 and southbound at Richards Boulevard, a California Highway Patrol spokesperson told FOX40 late Thursday night.
