Tulsa apartment tenants leave city resource meeting wanting more answers about former Vesta properties
TULSA, Okla. – Dozens of tenants dealing with ongoing issues at apartment complexes formerly owned by Vesta Realty gathered Thursday night for a City of Tulsa resource meeting, hoping to get answers about repairs, rent payments and new management. Instead, many residents left saying they still have unanswered questions.
What happened?
The meeting came after Vesta Realty transferred ownership of 11 apartment complexes to YSA Investments. YSA has hired Tulsa-based Capital Assets to manage the properties.
