PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Two people were seriously injured on Thursday after a single-vehicle rollover crash on Thursday afternoon, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office said.
The crash occurred around 3 p.m. on NE 78th Street at the I‑5 overpass. Both the passenger and the driver had to be extricated from the vehicle.
“Witnesses reported that the vehicle, a gray 2025 Toyota RAV4, was traveling southbound on the I‑5 offramp to NE 78th Street when it failed to slow for a red traffic signal. The vehicle continued over a traffic island, struck a pedestrian signal, and traveled south before colliding with an overpass column. No other vehicles or pedestrians were involved,” CCSO said…
