A 19-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a shooting at a shopping center on New Bern Avenue earlier this week, Raleigh police said.
Officers responded around 12:18 p.m. Wednesday to a reported shooting at a strip mall in the 4500 block of New Bern Avenue. As officers were responding, they learned that numerous shots had been fired into a Wingstop restaurant before the suspect left the scene.
