RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — The tow truck driver accused of causing a crash in Raleigh earlier this month that killed a motorcyclist and seriously injured three others is now charged with murder, court records show.
According to the Raleigh Police Department, 39-year-old Allan Christopher Guerrero of Wake Forest was driving a tow truck when he was involved in a crash with two motorcycles and a sedan at the intersection of Capital Boulevard and Trawick Road around 2:35 a.m. on July 17.
An investigation determined Guerrero was attempting to make a left turn at a red light when he entered the path of oncoming traffic, leading to the crash, according to Raleigh police.
Police said 35-year-old Chandler Hodge, one of the motorcyclists, died in the crash. The second motorcyclist and two people in the sedan were also seriously hurt…
