KENTON COUNTY, Ky. (WKRC) – A driver has been charged with causing the death of a man on I-71/75 but it’s not the tractor trailer driver who hit him.
Javier Lemus was found dead on the highway at about 3 a.m. on April 20. Fancie Orr, 21, had stopped her car on the highway nearby.
She told Erlanger Police that Lemus was a passenger in her car when he opened the door and jumped out, according to court papers. He was then run over by a tractor-trailer that couldn’t stop in time…
