Clermont County hit-and-run victim accused of shooting vehicle that struck him

CLERMONT COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) – A Clermont County man is the one in trouble after he allegedly shot the vehicle who struck him following a hit-and-run.

Daniel Combs, 74, called 911 on July 28 to say he was struck by a silver Dodge SUV while checking his mail on SR 133. He’d jumped in his car, followed the SUV and had it stopped.

During the call Combs can be heard yelling, “Get back up here or I’ll shoot ya,” according to court papers. Eight suspected gun shots are then heard…
