CLEVELAND, Ohio – A high-tech theft ring with a taste for fast cars stole dozens of vehicles over a 20-month span, prosecutors said.
Targeting mostly Dodge Challengers and Durangos, the group is accused of stealing some three dozen vehicles worth a combined $1.5 million.
