DEKALB COUNTY, GA — Police in DeKalb County have arrested a 15-year-old in connection with the fatal shooting of two men found at Constitution Lake Park. Officers were called to the park on July 24 and discovered both men dead from gunshot wounds in the parking lot.
Investigators later identified the teenager as a suspect. The teen has not been publicly named.
