ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. — A fifth person has been charged with attempted homicide in the April double-shooting at the Oakwood Terrace Apartments in Escambia County.
Deputies arrested 24-year-old Kaytrill Rice of Pensacola early Friday morning. He’s being held in Escambia County Jail without bond.
