Oakmont officials have released an official start date for railroad crossing upgrades at the Hulton Road crossing.
The next phase of the at-grade crossing reconstruction has a start date of Thursday, Aug. 6, according to a Facebook post from the borough. The crossing will remain closed until the morning of Tuesday, Aug. 11.
“Again, eastbound and westbound traffic will be detoured around the (railroad) crossing at the intersection of Allegheny Avenue or Allegheny River Boulevard intersections,” the post said…
