Syracuse, N.Y. – A woman has been charged with DWI after a crash killed a 3-year-old girl in Syracuse early Friday, a prosecutor said.
Frank Pelosi, chief assistant district attorney, said more serious charges may be filed. He said the case will be brought before a grand jury.
