It’s been about 15 years since Pho King Way was last in Fort Worth, operating out of 6650 N. Beach St. in north Fort Worth.
The Vietnamese restaurant — whose first portion of the name is, in fact, pronounced “fuh” for those needing a pronunciation assist — was open from 2009 to 2011. Alongside a Keller location, the business enjoyed a successful first year before rising rent and shrinking profits no longer justified staying open, forcing both restaurants to close.
