WASHINGTON (7News) — The fallout from the Metropolitan Police Department’s (MPD) crime data investigation is growing.
The 7News I-Team has confirmed that former MPD Captain Subrena Rivers is the second officer in a leadership position to leave the department after the internal affairs investigation uncovered serious problems with crime reporting.
