LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A teacher will return to the classroom thanks to Friday night’s hometown hero.
Warwick High School science teacher Douglas Balmer with his family and his lifesaver officer, Victoria Walton, who is with the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police.
