Rents are dropping in Miami, but living in South Florida is still expensive

The decline is happening in the middle of peak renting season—summer—when prices usually climb due to the rise in vacation rentals. And it’s not an isolated case: Miami is dropping faster than the national average, which fell 1.5% over the same period.
