LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A man was charged with aggravated assault after allegedly leaving a woman with serious injuries outside of a Lancaster restaurant.
Chinua McFarlane, 30, allegedly got into the altercation on the morning of July 17 in the 1100 block of Millersville Pike, according to Lancaster Township police.
