STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani is moving forward on his campaign promise to deliver more than 50,000 new affordable homes by releasing an interactive tool that maps the city’s plan for publicly owned land.
The Land Inventory Fast Track Tracker shows more than 100 city-owned sites across the five boroughs that could be developed into affordable housing spaces. Six of these sites are located on Staten Island.
