PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) — The suspect sought in the shooting death of a 21-year-old in Woodbridge was arrested on Sunday, according to the Prince William County Police Department.
Police said Thomas Lynwood Brown, 23, of Triangle, was arrested in Centreville by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force. He was charged with second-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
