EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Two people are facing drug charges in Evansville after police said they were found passed out in a vehicle with meth and paraphernalia.
Officers responded to the Lawndale Shopping Center on Green River Road to investigate a report of a woman who was passed out inside a vehicle.
When police arrived, they found Maykayia Smith, 28, and Hallie Kanzler, 31, passed out in an SUV.
