‘Rock, Reggae & Relief’ festival will bring local talent, national headliners to Market Square

There is something within reggae music that lifts people’s spirits, according to Dave Cochran, guitarist for the Pittsburgh-area band FUBAR, whose sound is rooted in reggae.

“It’s feel-good music,” said Cochran, 35, of West Newton. “You don’t know why it makes you feel happy and fun, but it does.”
