An active shooter was reported at a Boise theater, but no threat was found

Moviegoers were ushered out of a downtown Boise theater Saturday night following reports of an active shooter. Police quickly determined there was no threat.

The Boise Police and Fire departments responded to reports of an active shooter at about 10:15 p.m. Saturday on the 700 block of West Broad Street, Haley Kramer, Boise Police spokesperson, told the Idaho Statesman.
