A Montana man accused of threatening to kill a person from Massachusetts in a post on X from October 2025 was arrested last week.
Matthew Shelley, 37, of Missoula, Mont., was indicted by a federal grand jury in Boston on July 23, on one count of transmitting a threatening communication in interstate commerce, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts.
