VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Drivers in the resort city should plan for a long-term road closure starting Monday.
City officials state South Boulevard from Edwin Drive to Mount Trashmore Park Road will be closed daily from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
