LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A driver accused of hitting a TARC bus stop while driving under the influence is scheduled to appear before a judge Monday morning.
Kevin Moore is set to be arraigned at 10 a.m. He faces multiple charges, including two counts of murder, in connection with the May crash.
