Horsewoman and philanthropist Andrea Phipps of Palm Beach, Saratoga Springs and Locust Valley died on July 28, 2026, in New York with her children at her side.
She was 82 years old and the widow of Ogden “Dinny” Mills Phipps, a descendant of a pioneer Palm Beach family who was a longtime chairman of The Jockey Club and former chairman of Bessemer Trust.
