When Monin opened its Spanish Springs manufacturing facility in 2020, just 25 full-time employees operated a single production line inside the 115,000-square-foot building.
Six years later, Monin has added two production lines, an advanced packaging line and a second 115,000-square-foot warehouse across the street.
