Taylor House Brewing Company is preparing to expand its footprint in the Lehigh Valley with plans for a second location that will combine a new taproom, outdoor beer garden, and an upgraded miniature golf course.
The Catasauqua brewery purchased the property at 4315 W. Mountain Drive in Lehigh Township in late 2024 and has spent the past year transforming the former Fore Scoops property into what will become its second home, tentatively named “Hidden Creek Beer Garden & Taproom from Taylor House Brewing Co.”
Plans for the approximately eight-acre site include a rustic taproom, a new creekside beer garden overlooking Bertsch Creek, and a renovated 18-hole miniature golf course, creating a destination designed for both PA beer fans and families.
The property was previously home to Fore Scoops, an ice cream shop and miniature golf attraction that closed in 2024 after four years in business.
