LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Two people in Michigan have died amid an outbreak of cyclosporiasis, health officials said Monday.
Both people had “significant underlying health conditions” that could have been impacted by the parasitic illness and dehydration, according to the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services.
