(FOX40.COM) — Two people were shot Saturday night in Stanislaus County and a suspect has been arrested, officials said.
Around 7:20 p.m. on Aug 1, deputies with the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to the Woodward Reservoir in Oakdale after a physical fight was reported involving several people. One person was reportedly armed and fired a gun at others, hitting two while the rest sought cover, the sheriff’s office said.
Upon arrival, deputies found a 36-year-old man and a 31-year-old man who had been shot and rendered aid. One man was taken by ambulance to the hospital while the other was flown by helicopter. Both are in stable condition, the sheriff’s office said…
