Syracuse, N.Y. — A 3-year-old girl killed early Friday morning when police say a woman driving drunk crashed into a tree in Syracuse has been identified.
The girl killed in the crash was Yasmeen Shaaf, Sgt. Thomas Blake, a spokesperson for the Syracuse Police Department, said Monday.
