PICKENS COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) — Pickens County residents are pushing back against a proposed ordinance they say could impact thousands of property owners around Lake Keowee and Lake Jocassee.
Residents living around Lake Keowee and Lake Jocassee say they want more time and, more importantly, more information before county leaders move forward with proposed rules that could affect how land around the two lakes is used.
