Organization says Lancaster’s homelessness issue is ‘solvable’

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — State records suggest 12,000 Pennsylvanians struggle with homelessness every day, but one Lancaster-based organization has a few ideas to solve the issue.

Since 2023, Hand Up Partners has made it their mission to end homelessness in Lancaster and on Monday night, they kicked off their latest effort with a discussion focused on building community relationships.
