Teriyaki Madness Set to Open New Location in Manteca

Teriyaki Madness has listed on its official website that a new restaurant is coming to 165 Commerce Ave, Suite 105, in Manteca, marking the latest step in the chain’s push into the Central Valley. Franchisee Jessie Bassi, listed in the company’s 2026 Franchise Disclosure Document as based in Manteca, is behind the new location.

The Seattle-style teriyaki chain, founded in Las Vegas in 2003, has been expanding steadily across Northern and Central California, with company leadership specifically calling out the region as a growth target. The brand already has locations open in West Sacramento and Citrus Heights, part of a broader push into the area. A second new restaurant is also listed as coming soon in the Elk Grove area, according to the company’s own locations page.

Teriyaki Madness built its menu around hand-trimmed, marinated proteins like chicken, steak, salmon and tofu, grilled and served over rice or noodles with stir-fried vegetables, all finished with the chain’s signature teriyaki sauce.
