(KRON) — The California Highway Patrol responded to a fatal crash early Tuesday morning in Campbell. The collision occurred around 2:49 a.m. on southbound Highway 17 near the Hamilton Avenue offramp.
The crash resulted in a pickup truck being engulfed in fire, according to a CHP incident log.
All lanes of the highway were reopened just after 5 a.m. following a full closure for the crash investigation and cleanup. The East Hamilton Avenue offramp remains closed…
