Oakville residents oppose self-storage proposal

CLAYTON, Mo. – Residents in an Oakville subdivision are pushing back against a proposal to build a self-storage facility near their neighborhood, voicing concerns about safety, privacy and the impact on the community.

The proposal calls for rezoning vacant property near Forder and Telegraph roads from residential to commercial to allow for the construction of a two-story self-storage facility.
