SALEM, OR – An incumbent on Salem’s city council is launching a write-in campaign to try and keep her seat.
Ward 6 Councilor Mai Vang lost her primary race to challenger Betsy Vega by only 44 votes. But Vang’s campaign made allegations about Vega’s residency.
