Montane Building Group has begun construction on Milan Industrial Building B, the second phase of a major industrial development located at 855 and 875 Milan Drive in Storey County. Developed in collaboration with The Conco Cos., the project follows the completion of Milan Industrial Building A and represents continued investment in Northern Nevada’s growing industrial sector.
Building B will consist of a 652,040-square-foot, 47-foot-tall concrete tilt-up shell facility designed to support future industrial users. The project also includes extensive site improvements, including parking areas, truck courts, utility infrastructure, and landscaping. Construction began in mid-April, with slab pours anticipated to begin in late June and project completion scheduled for July 2027.
