The second of three men charged in connection with the theft of over $100,000 in copper wiring from a Sterling data center construction site has been given bond.
Jhamal Micah Kalil Muskelly, 21, of Alexandria, Demetrius Shaun Charlton, 23, of Falls Church, and Cordell Lamar Carter, 18, of Washington, DC, all face a single charge of grand larceny in the incident that happened at a site on Maries Road on Saturday. Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a report of a burglary in progress, according to LCSO spokesperson Leah Paul.
