A person was hospitalized Tuesday after a vehicle crashed through a metal gate and ended up in the water at a harbor in Huntington Beach.
Video from NewsChopper4 showed the vehicle submerged in the water at Huntington Harbour Bay Club Condos. The driver escaped, but was hospitalized.
