EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The El Paso County Constable’s Office for Precinct 3 is crediting using information provided by a high-tech license plate reader with helping them capture a wanted fugitive.
A sergeant with the Constable’s Office received information that Enrique Soto, 38, had four outstanding bench warrants — one for stalking and three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. All the warrants carried no bond.
Soto had also had his probation revoked following a recent arrest for driving while intoxicated, the Constable’s Office said…
